Study Material
Each format provides you with a hard-cover study text
book "Working With Seniors: Health, Financial and
Social Issues" with 600 pages of the most up-to-date
information on 50-plus and senior issues, plus an extensive
Canadian Study Guide dealing with the unique Canadian
'Grand Boomers' and Senior’s concerns, as well as
a CSA Participant Workbook to guide the registrant through
key material for each chapter. Ongoing
Support
Upon successful completion of the course and exam the
student will receive one publication per month (there
are four of them that rotate), they will be listed on
this website in the “Find a CSA” webpage,
and they will have exclusive access to the CSA Marketing
Store.
Membership
Once a student has passed the exam by obtaining 75%,
they are designated as a CSA and they become members
of the Canadian Academy of Senior Advisors. To maintain
the designation, and membership, the CSA is required
to renew their membership each year upon the anniversary
of passing the exam. The membership fee is included
in the tuition fee for the first year thereafter, the
fee is $195 plus GST per year. This membership fee allows
the CSA to:
• Continue to use of the designation.
• To enjoy ongoing support through the publication
they receive each month.
• To continue to be listed on the website, and
• To continue to have exclusive access to the
CSA Marketing Store.
The membership fee also funds the independent Board
of Standards that governs and protects the integrity
of the designation.
Members tell us that the CSA training is absolutely
the finest training of its kind.

“The CSA course
is one of the best courses that I have ever
taken. The value of this course opens your
eyes to the needs, desires and wants of
Seniors. Never neglect a senior, they are
too precious”.
